Currently, our field sales reps are earning a commission-only average annual income of over $150k, some with little prior sales experience. You can enjoy a flexible schedule while your MVP Builders sales support team qualifies leads, and books and confirms appointments with prospects. No cold calling or door knocking necessary. We’ll give you the training you need and even ride along with you until you feel comfortable with our system and services. 

There are a few things that we require of you, such as strong communications skills, a positive attitude, self motivation, commitment, reliable transportation, and a cell phone. We’ll take care of the rest.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive production assistant to streamline production under the supervision of our production manager. As a production assistant, your duties will include assigning materials, equipment, and human resources to the production department, and overseeing quality control and costs. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and planning abilities.

You responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the Production Manager.
  • Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
  • Preparing cost estimates for materials, equipment, and hiring laborers.
  • Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
  • Ensuring that production is completed on time.
  • Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
  • Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects.
  • Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
  • Resolving labor disputes, where requested.

MVP Builders is growing exponentially and we’d like you to get in on the action and consider joining the team. Right now we’re seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant in the greater Los Angeles area,

to work on various administrative tasks, managing the day to day activities of our office. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail oriented and an excellent communicator.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manages and coordinates Principals appointments and meetings and inputs into Outlook calendar.
  • Responds to emails on behalf of the Principal.
  • Performs receptionist duties including greeting visitors, and answers/directs phone calls.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment on a regular basis. Ensures kitchen is regularly stocked and maintained.
  • Receives, organizes and distributes incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Manages outgoing mail as needed.
  • Organizes team lunches and assist HR Manager with team building activities.
  • Assists Executive Project Manager with inputting time into payroll system on a daily basis
  • Provides other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research and creating reports.

MVP Builders is growing exponentially and we’d like you to get in on the action and consider joining the team. Right now we’re looking for a Construction Manager in the greater Los Angeles area.

The Construction Manager directs MVP Builders’ install partners and their crews throughout the installation process to provide guidance and advice on a daily basis to ensure implementation of related management policies. This position works almost primarily in the field with minimal supervision.

Main responsibilities:

  • Independently assesses install partners’ installations and service calls to confirm adherence to operating practices and policies.
  • Determines what action to take when issues present during the inspection process.
  • Confirms that all company-branded work is OSHA-compliant and satisfies all other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Evaluates install partner performance and, based on the evaluation, has the authority to both manage the scheduling and distribution of installation and repair jobs and to make recommendations to management regarding retention and/or termination of an install partner’s services.
  • Works on site, directly with customers, to answer any questions, concerns, and assess satisfaction level as well as make any necessary changes to resolve customer concerns in real time.
  • Negotiates and adjusts material pricing agreements with customers and makes additional sales recommendations according to an independent assessment of customers needs.
  • Manages associated payment collections when necessary.
  • Ensures that all materials used in the installation process meet company standards and, in the case of any defect or quality concern, is responsible for determining what steps are necessary to meet compliance/quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • May be required to perform services and repairs, for which he or she would need to ascertain the parts necessary.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed.
  • Completes various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Other as assigned by Management.
